Pick & Pack Individual Orders OR Pick & Pack In Bulk

The choice is yours! Are you a small shop and just need a better way to keep track of orders to fulfill? We have flows that allow you to pick and pack your orders 1-by-1. Work on the same order from start to finish with ease!

Doing more orders and want to pick & pack in bulk? We have workflows that auto assign orders to your employees. They then can pick multiple orders and keep them organized on their picking shelf. Once they have picked all their orders, they can then pack and label in bulk! This process cuts order fulfillment time by up to 50%!

Automated Inventory & Reporting

As I ran my 3PL, inventory was one of the hardest things to get right. We built our WMS with the idea that inventory should be easy and accurate.

When an item is picked, that’s when it is taken out of inventory. It’s automated. There’s no input needed from you. It’s awesome!

Since payments can’t be made through our WMS yet, we have reports that are automatically generated that organize order data based off of stores.

See order number, items shipped, shipping cost, fulfillment cost, and more. While billing isn’t automated this does cut down on the time manual billing will take (Automated billing coming soon!)

Fully Functional Customer Portal

This is a big task, but to be honest it’s mostly done. We’ve had issues with it, so we’re not launching it with the release.

Customers will be able to see inventory, check tracking and shipping statuses, check fulfillment status, send product, create work orders, and so much more.

This portal with cover most of your customer service questions and make it a lot easier to receive tasks from the customer without all the extra communication.

Automated Billing & Quickbooks Integration

This WMS is awesome and will allow you to focus on growing your business, but it does lack the ability to bill customers.

We know how important it is to be billing customers automatically especially if you are fronting the cost of postage and fulfillment labor.
